1932

The Beginning

K. Veerabhadra Mudaliar founded KVM & Co. at Santhepet, Mysore with a clear vision: supply high-quality, locally grown produce to buyers across India.

1940s - 1950s

Growth and Diversification

Within two decades, the business expanded beyond produce trading. Mr. K. V. Mudaliar established an oil mill, a saw mill, an electric laundry, and several charitable organizations across the Mysore district.

1960s - 1980s

The Next Generation

A. Chinnaswamy Mudaliar and his son, C. RajaSekharan, carried the legacy forward for over 30 years. They refined operations, strengthened supplier networks, and earned deep goodwill from customers across the country.

1983

A New Steward

R. VijayaShekar took the helm, upholding the ethical standards established over the previous five decades.

1985 Onwards

Building a National Network

Under R. VijayaShekar's leadership, KVM & Co. shifted its core focus to building large-volume customers across the nation. He struck deals with major companies that have lasted for decades, many continuing to this day. KVM & Co. became a key supplier to these large enterprises, establishing relationships built on trust, consistency, and volume.

Today

Over 3,50,000 Metric Tons and Counting

Now in its 94th year, KVM & Co. continues to be a trusted name in agricultural trade. Four generations of commitment to quality, fairness, and reliability have made us one of Karnataka's most enduring agricultural produce trading houses.
